We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our Supply Chain IT Team. In this role, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization to create a productive environment where the team can perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include leading Scrum ceremonies, removing obstacles, and promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the team adopts and adheres to the Scrum framework, while continuously improving and achieving project goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, prioritize, implement, maintain, improve, and discontinue process capabilities.
  • Guide and coach the team on Scaled Agile principles and practices.
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
  • Work with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A general understanding of programming concepts and database querying.
  • Knowledge of the Supply Chain Planning domain.
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFE Certification.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $132,810.00-$187,500.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
