Maya’s Story
Product Marketing Engineer
“NSBE has had a large impact on my career at Intel. After attending my first Fall Regional Conference (FRC) in 2019, I landed my first internship with Intel in January 2020. While attending the virtual National Convention in 2021, not only did I meet my future manager, but I also received two additional job offers from other prominent companies. NSBE's impact on my trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable.”
Bryan’s Story
Systems Software Quality Engineer
“It has come full circle: NSBE introduced me to Intel’s partnership with the National GEM Consortium (Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering) and the GEM Fellowship program, which made me visible to Intel. Intel has been fertile ground for the cultivation of my leadership skills and technical capabilities, exposing me to various aspects of product development while challenging me to be a learning leader in domains of expertise outside of my comfort zone. You should come and grow with us.”
Darnika’s Story
Operations Manager
“NSBE has been life changing–it is where I was where I was recruited and hired to work for Intel. I attended my first NSBE Annual Convention as a high school junior and had never seen so many Black STEM majors in one place! Now, as a NSBE professional leader who has served on multiple chapter, regional and national boards, I’ve used skills sharpened here to grow my career at Intel and increase visibility within my organization. I’ve represented Intel as a recruiter, Board of Corporate Affiliates representative and technical workshop presenter, and look forward to the continued partnership between Intel and NSBE.”
