Service Providers Account Executive
Job Description
This is a commissioned sales position and you will be working in the End customer team which is part of Intel's Sales and Marketing Group.
We are looking to recruit an energetic and dynamic Account Executive (AE) to join a dynamic and high performing diverse team of dedicated sales professionals.
The AE is responsible for:
- Responsible for Influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intel's Business units through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach
- Responsible for spearheading strategic relationships with a flagship Telecom operator and select Enterprise customers, fostering deep, multi-year engagements focused on transformative initiatives and tailored solutions.
- Impact should result in executive level trusted advisor status which should drive our relevance, preference and pull for our strategic focus areas.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and coordinating support from ecosystem partners and Intel Business Units to win strategic sales opportunities, managing multiple engagements from pre-sales inception through proof-of-concept and final deployment.
Influences and advocates Intel based products and solutions for Intel's business units through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach to businesses and IT. Works with a few named accounts in specific industry segments, or covers multiple accounts within a vertical, to drive transformational strategies with the customer and advocate preference for Intel architecture. Builds csuite and senior executive relationships across their enterprise customer team, owns executive briefings and executive sponsorships. Works with Intel resources, and builder/partner sales teams, to drive Intelbased product purchases for industry customers. Owns the business and technical relationships with all partners calling on our enterprise customers including original equipment manufacturers, cloud service providers, system integrators, and independent software vendors. Exhibits a strong understanding of their customer's technology landscape, and the industry, to drive optimized digital transformation and identify upselling/crossselling opportunities within assigned accounts. Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring all needs of assigned accounts are being addressed. Collaborates with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution. Strives to meet and exceed financial revenue and forecasting goals for assigned accounts by winning tenders and endcustomer deals. Gathers customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction. Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience. Advises and contributes to joint marketing activities with their enterprise customers.
Qualifications
- Strong business and account management acumen is required
- 3+ years of solution selling experience and a successful track record in delivering business results for large enterprise or telecom customers is required
- Preferred experience in demonstrating strong existing relationships with Telecom and Enterprise accounts and the major ecosystem players in India
- Comfortable with risk-taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment
- Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment of high ambiguity and constant interruptions is required; ability to work under pressure
- Initiative taker, self-motivator, work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and results in orientation
- Ability to work effectively within a complex matrixed organization, across business groups, cultures and time-zones is preferred
- Good sense of humor, flexibility, and can-do spirit
- Diverse candidates highly encouraged
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field. Master's is a plus
