We are seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Engineer. With focus on data to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting customer-reported Intel product quality and technical issues, with a strong focus on customer data stream to enhance our support processes and outcomes. Oriented to use model-based problem solving to data analysis opportunities. May require interacting with customer directly in certain circumstances.

Qualifications


Job Qualifications
-Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge in x86 based computer architecture
-SW knowledge: basic script writing using languages like Phyton, SQL data extraction queries. Data reporting in Power-BI.
-Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
-Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability in structured problem-solving, with a methodical approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Highly appreciated
-Website development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS or React) and deployment to servers.
-API development and consumption.
