As we continue to expand our global operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with expertise in PTC Windchill to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. Position Overview:
The PLM Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's PLM system implementation, with a specific focus on PTC Windchill. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure that our PLM infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficiently supports our business operations.
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of PTC Windchill PLM systems.
Lead PLM initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Manage the integration of PLM systems with other enterprise applications.
Implement and manage a suite of engineering tools and services to support the product development and operations teams.
Ensure the availability and scalability of development, testing, and deployment environments.
Lead the adoption of best practices and tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the PLM framework.
Provide thought leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and align PLM solutions with business goals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record of implementing innovative PLM solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program management.
Experience in managing PLM systems, specifically PTC Windchill.
Experience in PLM best practices, cloud computing, and data management.
Experience in High-Tech industry processes and business requirements.
Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global PLM team.

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.Posting End Date
