This position is associated with that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company by January 1, 2025.

Position Overview:
The EDI/Integration Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's EDI and integration systems. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure that our integration infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficiently supports our business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EDI architecture, integration strategies, and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Design, implement, and manage EDI and integration solutions to support business operations.
Develop and maintain EDI architecture and integration strategies to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Manage the integration of EDI systems with other enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to optimize the performance and functionality of EDI and integration systems.
Ensure the availability and scalability of development, testing, and deployment environments.
Lead the adoption of best practices and tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the integration framework.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and align integration solutions with business goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes, integration workflows, and system configurations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in EDI and integration management
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing EDI systems and integration solutions.
Experience with EDI standards, cloud computing, and data management.
Experience with High-Tech industry processes and business requirements.
Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global integration team.
Experience with implementing innovative integration solutions that drive business value.
Experience with Dell Boomi integration platform.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex EDI and integration issues.
Experience in cybersecurity frameworks and risk management related to EDI and integration systems.
