Business Support Manager
Job Description
GOS (Global Operations and Support) Sales Operation Analyst: In this position, you will manage sales process and revenue operations under Global Operation and Services group, performs forecasting, planning, and analysis activities to grow intel business.
Act as the communication conduit between Sales Department, Business Unit, and Finance to optimize revenue and supply. As a successful candidate, your responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Responsible to provide accurate revenue forecast and engage with field and customer for calibration to deliver accurate revenue forecast to the corporation and drive tactical demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply.
Driving pricing strategy/proposals and align across functions including senior management to achieve business objectives.
Focus on OXMs products meet comp program, drive short and long term pricing programs that including product incentives, NRE, MDF programs, etc.
Train and enable sales/business operations teams, actively lead/support pricing negotiations with key customers and ecosystem partners; including both Distis and key direct accounts.
Partner closely with BUs, Finance and Legal to ensure pricing strategy is implemented in compliance of legal framework. Support SOX control audits.
Conversant with macro environment, market conditions, and competition trends to help drive accurate demand signal.
Working with cross Geo, cross BUs, and other internal stakeholders to formalize an effective business process.
Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Business or Engineering with prior work experience of at least 5 years in IT Industry or Finance in technology company.
Possess soft skills with strong data analysis, critical thinking and time management.
Self-motivated with a passion for technology and related market development.
Energetic with a strong desire to learn.
Good communication skill with bilingual (English and Mandarin) capability and the ability to forge strong interpersonal relationship.
