Job Description


Serve as the primary manufacturing/quality POC for managing new product development per Intel PLC (POPL1/2, ES, QS, PRQ, SRA, EOL). Manage customer-specific projects per INTEL MFG process and direct the team to meet project-specific milestones/metrics through the Intel PLC process. Develop the overall manufacturing strategy and plan from NPI through HVM. Coordinate with Bus/Dev/Sales/Planning/Supplier Mgmt and factory partners to maintain an adequate supply plan that meets customer demand and revenue plan. Roll up and provide clarity on PHI performance (sort/class). Drive WIF assessment with MSO on PHI. Provide cross-functional leadership and drive execution towards project milestones. Serve as the one voice representative for MPE China deliverables.

Qualifications


BS required MS preferred. 10+ years of experience in semiconductor development and/or manufacturing role Good knowledge of ASIC and semiconductor manufacturing flow, internal (Intel process/package/test) and outsourced (foundry and OSAT). Proven track record in managing NPIs through the PLC process. Excellent project planning and problem-solving skills, tools knowledge (MS Project), manage cross-functionally, and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with limited resources. Analytical, motivated, independent, creative thinker, and results oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, independent, and self-starter and a sense of urgency. Skills to establish clear goals and formulate execution plans. Some travel as needed to collaborate with cross-functions teams.
