Treasury Director - Capital Markets

This position is for the leader of the Capital Markets Group, will manage 2 direct reports, and report to the Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets, FX and Investments. The Capital Markets group manages Intel's approximate $50B debt portfolio, related asset liability management program, shareholder distribution programs, $15B revolving credit facilities, credit rating agencies, tax credit deals, various structured finance opportunities and more. This position is also responsible for capital structure planning and allocation, creating Board presentations, and will work closely with senior Treasury management, including support for other Treasurer and CFO driven initiatives. This position will also involve frequent communication with Intel's banking partners. The role can be based in one of Intel's offices in Hillsboro, Oregon, Santa Clara, California or Chandler, Arizona.
The Capital Markets group at Intel provides a unique opportunity to be highly engaged with the Treasurer, CFO and Board of Directors, while frequently working on the execution of transactions. The exposure and experienced gained are second to none. This role also maintains close collaboration and partnership with the legal, tax and accounting teams to ensure regulatory compliance, control, and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
8+ years relevant capital markets and related experience
Direct capital markets experience in large cap multi-national corporation preferred
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related equivalent required, MBA and/or CFA preferred
Critical skills include:
Motivated, action-oriented team player, with ability to set aggressive goals, proactively lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and to drive outstanding business results
Strong financial modeling and presentation skills and experience
Working knowledge of fixed income, equity and debt capital markets
Strategic thinker with strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
Strong communication skills as well as proven ability to both listen effectively and articulate complex concepts simply and coherently
Inclusive, disciplined, and collaborative team player
Demonstrated ability to deliver results balancing multiple competing priorities
Comfort dealing with ambiguity
