Starting August 2025, join a worldclass sales, marketing, and communications organization in a top-rated rotation program! Intel® offers an exceptional two-year rotational program within our global, fast-paced Sales, Marketing, & Communications Group (SMG). As a participant, you will have three rotations that give you unique exposure to the highly successful organization where you will help solve real business problems and make an impact on the technology footprint that changes the world.
This Rotational Program is designed to offer participants a breadth of exposure to Intel®'s extensive product portfolio, intricate business processes, and a robust internal network of professionals. Over the course of two years, participants will engage in three challenging eight-month rotation assignments, each providing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in different facets of the business. You can choose to do this program from any one of the following locations Oregon (Hillsboro), California (Folsom and Santa Clara), or Arizona (Chandler).

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for the basic knowledge of Intel® products, technologies, business processes, marketing, sales, channels, and customers
- Responding to customer/client needs
- Developing key sales, marketing, analytical and leadership skills in conjunction with program managers and rotation assignment managers
- Developing solutions to problems utilizing business and technical acumen, while concurrently developing customer interaction skills
- Delivering on a set of objectives and key results each quarter

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This position is not eligible for Intel®Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor's degree expected by August 2025 with GPA 3.0+ in Engineering, Computer Science, focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Robotics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- 6+ months of software programing or AI or Cloud experience
- Experience in at least (2) of the preferred qualifications below:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global environment (international travels, international studies, previous work with global companies)
- Experience in Computer Systems Design, Networking, Logic Design, Wireless technologies
- 1-year strong leadership experience working on teams (ex: Teacher’s assistant, National Associations, teams, leadership programs)
- 6 months of sales experience (within school, internship, extra-curricular)
- Volunteer work showing project-based activities
- Cloud and AI related course work and experience
- Master’s Degree

Working Model
