Job Description


The role of the Network and Edge (NEX) Category sales Americas Regional Leader involves collaborating with regional sales leadership to implement Network and Edge sales strategies tailored to local markets. This position is accountable for facilitating the region in achieving its Revenue Metrics (e.g., Billings), OKRs across end customers, builders, and partner customers.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Americas business metrics including Pipeline, Revenue and Market Share

  • Support Americas 4P plans for key growth areas and translate annual business plans into quarterly operational plan for the year including business goals, pipeline metrics, key priority area and resource requirements.

  • Own end to end resolution of operational issues across 4Ps including product, marketing, alliances, supply including partnering with respective owners of different business functions.

  • Represents the Network and Edge (NEX) Category sales team within the AMR Region, steering Network and Edge (NEX) business unit strategy, monitoring trends, and identifying opportunities aligned and tailored to regional markets.

  • Provides feedback to Network and Edge (NEX) business unit on product issues, SKU gaps, competitive matters, and market dynamics. Acts as an advisor to the sales force, conveying essential insights back to product management and marketing groups.

  • Functions as an in-country expert on objectives and key results (OKRs), product strategies and programs, market trends, and competition.

  • Monitors weekly sales pipeline for Design Wins, Billings and drives corrective actions.

  • Facilitates the execution of product strategies, roadmaps, plans, and programs to meet local customer needs. Drives regional and country sales programs and partner enablement.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for objectives and key results (OKRs) issues and coordinates opportunity management between the regional sales teams and the Network and Edge (NEX) business unit. Evaluates objectives and key results (OKRs) performance, map and reviews strategic long-range plans, and coordinates Regional Network and Edge (NEX) business unit review meetings.

  • Partners with local leadership on integrated sales programs and sales motions. Influences and oversees the development and production of localized marketing material and sales training.

Candidate must demonstrate:

  • Strategic mindset with ability to develop business plans with executable elements.

  • Strong understanding of diverse business functions including Product, Marketing, Finance, Channels and Go to Market.

  • Experience in Management Consulting and/or regional sales/product category roles

  • Led strategic initiatives and projects, including executive office strategic discussions and the implementation of new business models.

  • Skilled in formulating and implementing strategies to expand the business, as well as motivating and inspiring geographically dispersed teams through partnerships, demand generation, and co-selling initiatives.

  • Proven leadership abilities in managing matrix reports and collaborating with senior key business partners to achieve successful sales outcomes.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating large corporate environments and fostering collaboration to enhance capabilities, thereby delivering customer-centric solutions to our partners.

  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Intel's and customers' business models and organizational dynamics.


Qualifications


  • 12+ years of experience selling technical solutions

  • Post graduate degree in Business Administration with Technical/Engineering Background or equivalent experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,600.00-$284,620.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
