Maintenance Area Manager – High Volume Manufacturing
Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a group of Technical Supervisors that will be working in the 14 Manufacturing shifts. Your role will be to develop and grow your team to meet equipment performance goals. Assuring safety and quality of your area, while driving to meet your tool sets critical success indicators that include Availability, USDT, MTBA, Perfect PM, etc.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must be customer obsessed, understand the specific biz unit needs, adapt and responding quickly to the changes and requirements.
Must have strong communication skills, understand manufacturing priorities and set clear direction and priorities to the team.
Must have passion on developing people and promoting an an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordinate multiple functions within manufacturing, establish strategic plans to ensure maintenance schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives.
Responsible for the overall safety of personnel and the surrounding environment.
Responsible to drive the improvement of critical indicators of you area.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or Licentiate Degree in Technical Engineering career such as: Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanic, Electronic or related field.
5+ years of experience in High Volume Manufacturing environment and/or equipment maintenance.
Experience managing teams that accomplish operational and technical objectives through continuous improvement.
Upper Intermediate to Advance English Level.
Willing to manage people that works on 24/7 schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Manager Positions (Manufacturing and/or Engineering environment).
Experience with microprocessor test and finish equipment and process
Experience on structured Problem-Solving Methodologies.
LEAN and Six Sigma.
Basic experience in statistics and ability for data analysis method using tool such as JMP, Minitab.
