AMR Rebates Finance Analyst
Job Description
Senior analyst within World Wide Revenue organization supporting Rebates AMR Team. Rebates Team support Contra Revenue controls for all of AMR hosted accounts. The position provides opportunities to build comprehensive financial systems experience, business partnership and rebate automation skillsets.
This position is responsible for (but not limited):
Driving SOX Controls processes for an Intel Contra Top Customer to recognize rebate liability and supports business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends.
Partner with the Americas Ops rebates analyst/managers, internal and external auditors to ensure financial statements reasonability assurance based on reporting standards and corporate policies. Work with global finance rebate analyst to drive worldwide standardization and improvements to our processes.
Plan and schedule own work to ensure the timely completion of interrelated to independent tasks and projects with very limited direction.
Apply concepts and draws on a cumulative knowledge base from previous experiences to independently execute an appropriate course of action, as well as develops solutions to a broad mix of moderate to complex business challenges.
Interprets information for and negotiates with stakeholders and customers both internal and external to the organization.
Provides input to management including department heads, operational managers, other departments, and senior management on QoQ Contra Fluxes and drivers.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- +2 years of Audit and Control experience
- +3 years in Finance related experience
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating business intelligence analytics
- Master or MBA degree in Accounting
