Customer Ops Manager
Job Description
Leading and tracking the CBAs team to achieve their operation function as their job scope and meeting performance matrix - guard band, biz result target, SLA, etc. including demand and supply management, order fulfillment, shipment logistics, revenue forecast, rebate accrual and payment, audit compliance, etc.
Working on team proceeds and tool optimization and enhancement for the team to ensure group efficiency and productive; especially with new process and tool implementation. Act as local champion for sales transformation initiatives, improving processes, enhancing sales effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement
Develop team capability, cultivate work climate and business network, remove roadblocks, develop and implement business processes for efficiency, coach to build core competency for a strong and agile team.
Foster a productive work environment, promoting Intel values, effective communication, and collaboration
Manage senior stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field with 10 years experience. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in sales operations management, strategic planning, and business process/tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
Experience working in a multinational corporation and familiarity with the semiconductor industry is a plus.
