Customer Business Analyst
Job Description
Candidate will be supporting APJ account business operations with responsibilities such as:
Overall account owner to APJ customers, including MNCs, ODMs, LOEMs and distributors for end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap, demand, supply, backlog, rebate, inventory, daily customer issues like logistics, etc.
Key contact to host team for Global accounts, field, supply team, planner, logistic, credit and finance related to supply request and order fulfillment activities. It also includes working with cross Geo, Country, Territory, cross organization and other internal stakeholders to drive an effective supply chain model. Work with host team as One Intel to provide the intelligence and news from the supply chain network.
Drive tactical demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply, gain visibility to customer data like sales strategies, market conditions, production plan, inventory, consumption, sales out data, competition and provide product mix or supply guidance through customer collaboration to help drive accurate demand signal and maximize business opportunities.
Influence customers and internal stakeholders to align with SMG business directions to optimize business opportunities to achieve KPI goals.
Revenue owner who is responsible to provide accurate revenue updates in revenue management tool and engage with field and customers for regular revenue synch up.
Rebate forecast, payment, credit note management and to meet various audit compliance requirements.
Utilize and support continuous improvements for system, business process, tool and reports.
Working with internal teams to ensure Customer Data is accurate, compliant and created in within SLA. In this role you will be expected to act as the Gatekeeper of our Customer Data.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree preferred. Business, Economics or Supply Chain concentrations preferred. Minimum 5 years related experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (speak & write) and Mandarin (speak only).
Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
Ability to synthesize complex data into a clear actionable conclusions.
A can-do approach and attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired organization and Intel goals.
Ability to quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base.
Innovative and self-directed.
Flexible and ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
