Supply Planning IT Technical Lead
Job Description
Intel Supply Planning IT team is seeking a Technical Solution Lead to join our group of IT professionals driving the transformation of Intel's Supply Planning capabilities. In this senior role, you will be directly responsible for technical solution design and delivery of a large scope spanning multiple product teams alongside both our delivery teams and our vast array of business partners. You will play a leadership role in ensuring all technical delivery teams are executing to our architectural, governance, and release standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Defines software application architecture across client, cloud, or enterprise.
2. Makes high-level design choices focused on manageability, scalability, usability, resiliency, availability, security, and/or safety for the software structure, protocols, and algorithms.
3. Determines coding, development tools, validation, and standards compliance requirements.
4. Collaborates with management, product owners, and project managers to evaluate feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for development.
5. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design optimal data models within the Snowflake environment.
6. Develops and implements best data organization, storage, and retrieval practices.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technology platforms: Denodo, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Azure, SAP HANA, Blue Yonder, SQL
- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Planning business processes and systems
- Proven and demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership engagement experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work across a globally diverse set of teams and customers
- Demonstrated skills to elicit and analyze requirements, design innovative technical solutions, and communicate effectively to the Product Owner and technical teams as needed
- A self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and objectives simplification to enable and empower teams working on several projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years working in positions involving solution design and delivery of large-scale, complex, supply planning solutions and their supporting data platforms.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Data Engineering or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of Snowflake architecture and features
- SQL skills and experience in optimizing complex queries
- Azure and AWS cloud platforms
- Integrating Blue Yonder, SAP, Azure systems for planning data processing
- Data modeling and database design principles
- Snowflake API and ML modeling
- Azure managed cloud services (ADF/ DevOps)
- Blue Yonder ESP/IBP/CDP configuration
- Data Integration platforms such as Denodo, Mulesoft, BODS, or CPI-DS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Planning in fab-less semiconductor manufacturing
- Technical architecture and modeling experience with semiconductor supply chain planning processes in Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP or similar planning platform
Experience in architecting data hub solutions in Snowflake or SAP HANA or similar platform across cloud technologies, including Azure
