Supply Planning IT End to End Solution Lead
Job Description
Intel Supply Planning IT team is seeking an End-to-End Solution Lead to join our group of IT professionals driving the transformation of Intel's Supply Planning capabilities. In this senior role, you will be directly responsible for integrated solution delivery of a large scope spanning multiple product teams alongside both our delivery teams and our vast array of business partners. You influence the strategy, direction of capability roadmaps directly aligned to business vision and transformational value for the corporation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Collaborate directly with the Business Operations teams to translate business strategy and objectives into actionable roadmaps, clear business requirements, and value delivery
2. Works closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on tradeoffs between customer experience, business impact, and product performance.
3. Ensures business process and technical solutions integrate seamlessly across the Supply Planning Domain
4. Works closely with partner IT organizations to ensure planning system solution design is aligned with all upstream providers and downstream consumers of planning data including: factory automation, enterprise data, finance, logistics, and many others.
5. Develops Solution Design documentation for the solution delivery teams to use to guide their technical design and development work
6. Manages priorities, trade-offs, escalations, impediment removal, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and value realization during the release cycle
7. Partners in employee development, empowering employees to grow skills and contributions
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Planning business processes and systems
- Proven and demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership engagement experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work across a globally diverse set of teams and customers
- Demonstrated skills to elicit and analyze requirements, design innovative solutions, and communicate effectively to the Product Owner and technical teams as needed
- A self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to apply towards tangible data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause/analyses
- Strategic and business value driven mindset to plan, prioritize and influence customers and partners
- Proven success in establishing and delivering large scale transformational programs with complex change management
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and objectives simplification to enable and empower teams working on several projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering or any related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years working in positions involving solution design and delivery of large-scale, complex, supply planning solutions and their supporting data platforms.
Qualifications:
- Formal or informal solution Design experience
- Domain knowledge of Supply Chain Planning
- Delivering business results using Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework
- High-level of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Planning in fab-less semiconductor manufacturing
- Architecting and Modeling semiconductor supply chain planning processes using Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP or similar planning platform
- Experience in architecting data hub solutions in Snowflake or SAP HANA or similar platform across Cloud technologies, including Azure
