HR Compliance Manager
Job Description
The ELR team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Compliance Manager to join their Global Employee and Labor Relations team. The role involves ensuring compliance with federal HR requirements, partnering with regional teams, and developing a consistent framework for handling employee and labor relations issues. The manager will oversee global project coordination, monitor regulatory changes, and manage HR compliance within ELR. This position offers accelerated business and leadership learning opportunities, reporting directly to an executive. The ideal candidate is dynamic, self-driven, influential, resilient, collaborative, and capable of managing sensitive information and diverse ideas in a fast-paced environment.
The role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads a team of Human Resource compliance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive HR compliance strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives and translates that strategy into actionable plans for the compliance team.
- Leads efforts to regularly audit HR processes and practices to identify potential compliance gaps and implements monitoring systems to track and address compliance issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinates the design and delivery of compliance training programs for Human Resources staff and employees, stays current with changing regulations and develops training content that addresses emerging compliance challenges.
- Ensures that Human Resources practices related to data collection, storage, and usage are compliant with data protection regulations and collaborates with IT and legal teams to establish and maintain data privacy measures.
- Works closely with legal, regulatory, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
- Communicates compliance updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identifies and assesses compliance risks related to Human Resources activities.
- Develops and implements risk mitigation strategies and work with the team to proactively address potential issues.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the compliance team and regularly assesses the effectiveness of compliance processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel’s immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working in HR Compliance or policy oversight and creation.

Working Model
