Job Description


  • Responsible for driving yield improvement and meet performance targets.

  • Implement AI capabilities for improving product yield.

  • Perform yield debug and incorporate auto rejects validation capabilities to identify and address root cause yield signals.

  • Conduct comprehensive Big Data analysis to identify parametric dependencies and commonalities, facilitating yield improvement activities.

  • Ensure the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from conception to production ramp-up.

  • Contribute significantly to the product development and units test validation.

  • Develop, debug, and optimize complex test methods.

  • Develop scripts or software programs to enhance post-processing data analysis techniques.

  • Design and validate hardware solutions for validation and production testing.

  • Evaluate component specifications against performance metrics to align requirements with production equipment capabilities, focusing on yield analysis.

  • Analyse early customer returns to identify root causes and drive closure of testing gaps.

  • Develop and apply strategies to optimize component production considering both quality and cost constraints.

  • Independently plan, schedule, and solve problems using engineering technical knowledge and judgment.


Qualifications


Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in AI Data Science Engineering/ Electrical Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science or any relevant qualification.

Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue. We deliver comprehensive pre-production test suites and component/physical debug capabilities to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.
