Channel Revenue Accounting Ops Manager
Job Description
This position is within Corporate Controller Office (CCO), focused on WW Channel COE transformation, scaling and growth strategies.
With IAO/ HANA S4, Intel-wide effort creating more efficient systems and delivering critical business insight in real-time. A critical component of this effort is Revenue Reporting and Rebate Automation, shifting from a manual, excel-based environment and into an automated, best-in-class solution. We’re looking for a content expert who will grow alongside with Rev Accounting Ops COE, new system, operations partners, and stakeholders.
The WW Channel Rev (COE) is an organization within CCO is supporting Intel’s distributors worldwide (~250 distributors). The Channel Rev COE provides end-to-end finance service including Distributor reporting and pricing as well as revenue close and audit that consisted of >20% of total Intel’s annual revenue. This position requires relevant experience around channel business, stakeholder management, revenue, audit, and financial accounting to anticipate and address potential revenue impact. Additionally, this role will provide an opportunity to manage COE analysts - setting priorities for the team, driving results across boundaries, ensuring an inclusive work environment, developing employees, and managing performance. The candidate will also be responsible for leading Channel COE activities across more than 10 team members. The role directly partners and supports the Channel Ops partners and finance key stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence Channel and COE strategy for enabling the adoption of the latest generation of Intel culture, system and process across multiple COEs and how to most efficiently allocate our resources to optimize mix of decision influence and partnership to maximize an execution-oriented supports.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Strong business partnership and teamwork in a dynamic, cross functional, team orientated environment
- Leadership organization planning and development coaching and guiding team for a visionary success.
- Detail orientation, with a strong understanding of Intel's accrual & revenue recognition accounting policies and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, proactive and strong skills to manage personal performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and interpret project data. Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting, risk management, and Rev and Rebates control principles.

Qualifications
- Finance Accounting or Business degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Formal certification (CPA, MIA or CIA) or should be prepared to acquire necessary certifications within a reasonable timeframe, experience in auditing, and demonstrated project management skills are required.
- Some experience and ability to perform advanced analytics and leverage technology such as robotic process automation is also a plus.
- Previous finance experience is required.
- Mandarin speaker is added advantage
