Workplace Services Specialist
Job Description
The role includes responsibility for the provision and management of campus dining program and workplace services incl fitness centres, with a focus on Safety, Compliance, World Class Customer Service, Operations, and the Maintenance of the cafe and fitness centres. Office Space planning oversight and implementation. This position also requires the management and oversight of outsourced workplace services activities.
This role is a 23 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include:
Strategically manage the cafe services required deliverables as outlined in the food service contract for the site. Deliverables include required Cafe contract performance, Marketing, Technology, Sustainability objectives, Finance, Culinary Programs, Sanitation and Safety.
Manages space allocation. Space planning Program management, and utilization of systems and tools, for space capacity and inventory management
Project management for Cafe and Space Planning scope.Partner with procurement organization to manage to KPI's and supplier scorecard metrics.
Support food and service suppliers to clear any potential roadblocks to successfully meet organizational expectations and contract requirements.
Ensure implementation of Intel Wellness Programs and Marketing as developed in partnership with the Global Wellness Program Manager Suppliers
Participate in Global Cafe Fitness Collaboration meetings. Implement Intel Standards for all services.
Observe day to day site activities to ensure supplier execution meets program expectations. Support and advocate for the local supplier to drive success including escalations.
Coordinates effective responses and represents Intel management position to avoid service interruptions and resolves service quality escalations.
Participate in quality audits to ensure contractual needs are met.
Support dining events
Co-ordinate facility repairs and infrastructure improvements to the cafes and fitness Centre, in line with agreed Intel standards
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in facilities, front of house management or hospitality management, with a passion for Customer Satisfaction in a diverse organization
Honors Degree In Hospitality, Business, Facilities management or a related field
Experience of managing and influencing an organization and supplier management
Deep understanding of Incident And Injury Free philosophy, Ireland Environmental and Safety - Compliance requirements, and Health And Safety At Work as it pertains to the role
Experience of managing budgets, and strong understanding of financial systems, contracting strategies and governance
Experience in the provision of Employee Services required to enhance the employee experience
Understanding of the advantages and provisions of an Integrated Facilities Management system
