Facilities and Workplace Services Lead
Job Description
Oversee day-to-day activities of facilities and workplaces services contractors on-site and interface with customers ensuring services and assets are operated and maintained according to service level agreements.
Mange customer relationships when providing a quality service while managing delivery expectations with a service mindset
Manages relevant contracts and suppliers to deliver high quality employee services, including but not limited to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), space planning , transportation, cafeterias, and other building services.
Partners with procurement organization to manage key performance indicators and supplier scorecard metrics.
Oversees campus/building maintenance services comprising areas such as roofs, walls, landscape, hardscape, pavements, facade cleaning, pest control.
Oversees site building structural maintenance and upkeep programs and initiatives through Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier.
Manages incident response and communications activities to avoid service interruptions.
Plans and ensures delivery of employee services such as parking, transportation, cafeteria, Intel events, and/ or building services for site and buildings.
Provides project management around site services including planning and monitoring execution. This may include gathering requirements, conducting assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, deliverables and quality standards.
Supervise projects that are executed through our contractors, whether funded and owned through our internal org or external orgs.
Develops and executes change management strategies for services delivery and operational activities, including launching and integrating new or modified benefits plans, processes and vendors.
Lead and Participate in quality audits to ensure contractual needs are met and ensure consistency with Global Services programs standards.
Ensures the facility, procedures, and service programs maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and agency audits. Acts as subject matter expert for site operations & services.
Coordinates effective responses and represents Intel management position to avoid service interruptions and resolves service quality escalations.
Manages capital equipment/space renovation roadmaps per specific service type.
Monitors site operational budget and strives to maximize efficiency in all areas.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in facilities, workplace services, Facilities management or a related field.
- Experience of managing and influencing an organization and supplier management
- Deep understanding of Incident And Injury Free philosophy, Ireland Environmental and Safety - Compliance requirements, and Health And Safety At Work as it pertains to the role
- Experience of managing budgets, and strong understanding of financial systems, contracting strategies and governance
- Experience in the provision of Employee Services required to enhance the employee experience
- Understanding of the advantages and provisions of an Integrated Facilities Management system
- Experience of Key Performance Indicator development including data analysis and visualisation to deliver Performance improvement and program efficiencies.
- Demonstrated domain expertise across facilities management and workplace services with related qualifications
