Business Transformation Analyst

We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support the Intel Acceleration Office (IAO) transformation program, driving the development of business processes-related solutions for Intel's Contingent Workforce. The IAO transformation requires changes across process and systems, with much of the systems change centered around the overhaul of our ERP and Supply Chain Procurement tools, including our CW Tool (aka CWOS/SAP Fieldglass) enabling operationally independent entities for Intel Foundry and Intel Products.
Through the IAO design, build, test and execution phases it is critical to ensure that CW Program processes and tool set up are adjusted for change. You will be the business connector, collaborator and change executor while driving high-velocity organizational readiness and adoption of critical changes for the CW Program tool and business process supports.
As a Business Transformation Analyst, you'll play a critical role in the following areas and responsibilities:
- Full migration of Intel's CW population to the correct organizational structure with all worker records are correctly mapped and migrated with no business disruption.
- Be the Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO) business consultant for all processes, requirements and support requests to ensure full consideration of CW system and flows through transformational phases.
- Connector to internal and external Stakeholders on business impacts and changes.
- Responsible for Functional User Testing business support and execution for CW tool and boundary applications
- Driving and execution of data quality projects to ensure high quality of records in CW Tool and matching to master data sources.
- Close partnership with the SMEs, IT project manager and workstream leads
- Collaborate across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including CW record migrations and system changes, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical process inputs to key partners across Procure to Pay, IT, and Operations. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel’s immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor's degree and/or 6+ years of demonstrated change management experience or supply chain experience
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Fieldglass or equivalent SAAS tool for contingent worker record management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, change management, supply chain management (or related)
- Master's degree in business management, change management, supply chain management (or related) with 3+ years of demonstrated change management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Contingent Workforce Sponsor experience
- Knowledge of ERP system
- SharePoint (admin/site maintenance) and Microsoft Teams experience
