Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Verification Lead to join our team and oversee the execution of performance verification tests for our complex System-on-Package (SoP) used for AI. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful performance verification projects for high-end SoCs.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of senior verification engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination within the performance verification group.
  • Performance Verification Strategy: Collaborate with the Architect to develop and execute comprehensive performance verification plans, tailored to the specific requirements of our high-end SoP.
  • Test Execution: Oversee the execution of performance verification tests across SoC & SoP levels using Direct, UVM, and Emulation tools.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze simulation and emulation results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance verification progress, including key metrics and findings.
  • Issue Resolution: Work with design teams to address performance issues and implement optimizations.
  • Emulation Coordination: Collaborate with software teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of emulation-based performance tests.

Location: Tel Aviv / Caesarea


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in VLSI chip verification, with a focus on high-end SoCs.
  • Proven track record of leading performance verification teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in performance verification methodologies, benchmarking, and analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, Master's degree – an advantage
  • Experience with AI-specific performance benchmarks and optimization techniques – an advantage.
  • Knowledge of system-level performance analysis and modeling for high-performance SoCs – an advantage
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation and data analysis – an advantage
