The Circuit team develops Analog and Mixed-Signal Power Delivery circuits, High Speed SerDes interfaces and other innovative Analog IPs for next generation Intel Wireless Connectivity Solutions and future WIFI/BT products.

The team designs and simulates analog and custom circuits in transistor level schematics in advanced silicon process nodes, and responsible to support the post-silicon validation activities all the way to full High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) productization in the leading Intel products around the globe.

As an Analog Circuit team leader your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the execution of complex analog and mixed-signal ICs according to roadmap by defining design directions and architectures, guide and manage the team activities and performance of analog circuit engineering team designing a wide variety of analog and mixed-signal IPs going into wireless Chips/SoCs
  • Build the team, plan and assign tasks to the team members and track their progress and performance.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration to track and resolve any performance and circuit design issues pre-and post-silicon till productization.
  • Define new design methodologies and foster innovation and learning culture.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering from one of the top universities
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Deep technical expertise in analog design techniques, methodologies, and tools (Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Verilog, etc.) with Hands-on experience in designing mixed signal circuits including power delivery circuits and high-speed SerDes technology.
  • Strong People Management experience and Execution Skills.
  • Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype unit to the design specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
