As a Technical Program Manager, you will be tasked with helping to establish and maintain planning, tracking, and indicator systems for (Insert BU/org Name) programs with the goal of improving long term visibility and predictability and enabling data driven decision making Intel-wide. Roles and Responsibilities: Implement and maintain project management systems, tracking progress against plans, develop and publish metrics and dashboards Perform analysis in the areas of critical chain project management, resource optimization, efficiency, technical indicators, and risk management Works independently with the engineering team and first line managers in Chipset Org to provide regular analysis and recommendations in all aspects of project management. Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science majors are preferred) with 3+ years of industry experience OR a Master's Degree with 2+ years of industry experience in: Project management processes experience Project management software usage 2+ years experience with Excel Preferred Qualifications: Critical Chain management Microsoft Project usage Jira SQL Visual Studio SCRUM / Agile

Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment.  To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation.  Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community and acumen development.  The team is ccommitted to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $106,231.00-$159,109.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
