Intel Federal Product Segment Lead
Job Description
Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with Governments Worldwide. We collaborate across Intel to develop and execute programs for Government agencies. Intel Federal works with and across the ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to Government customers.
The Intel Federal Product Segment Lead will be chartered with defining, developing, and managing products and services to meet the unique requirements for Government customers. This could include enhanced Commercial-off-the-Shelf (eCOTS), semi-custom, and fully custom hardware and software platforms, as well as the integration of internally and externally developed technologies. Responsibilities include:
Continuously develop and share a deep understanding of unique Government customer and ecosystem partner needs including a quantitative assessment of market opportunities, potential profit pools, and competitive pressures.
Direct product strategy from inception to implementation to post-sales support. Incorporate input from across customers, research and engineering teams, sales, and finance to analyze the value/cost of unique features and define optimized product platforms with clear landing zones.
Oversee product development, implementation, and optimization across market-specific hardware/software platforms. Integrate across novel, emerging, and established technologies from Intel and the Intel ecosystem to meet customers' mission requirements.
Develop business plans, go-to-market strategies, and ultimately a portfolio of product platforms and related engineering services that deliver outstanding value to Intel Federal customers.
Collaborate with customers and partners to define, win, and deliver mission goals. Own/lead strategic partnerships with key internal and external organizations to define and deliver integrated hardware/software technology platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
US Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain a US Government TS Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or physical science field with strong technical expertise in hardware and software.
Proven track record of leading product planning/development teams, defining/delivering product platforms, and bringing products to market.
Demonstrated experience in building product portfolio value propositions, including associated messaging and narratives, that meet and exceed government customer requirements.
15+ years-experience working in a leadership role driving and influencing highly matrixed projects and teams.
International experience working with government entities around the world.
Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
Proven record of accomplishment defining and driving strategies across Government and/or customers.
Proven ability to drive financial performance and business growth in a Federal business segment.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active US Government TS Security Clearance.
Extensive expertise across the Intel product and services roadmaps.
Demonstrated know-how of rules and regulations associated with engaging in direct to Government activities and work.
Prior experience working internally and externally at a senior executive level, including leading discussions with senior audiences - up to CEO-1/CEO level or Government equivalent levels.
Ability to understand the broad portfolio of Intel's products, services, and technical capabilities and how they could be applied to create differentiated product-driven value for Government customers.
