Intel Federal LLC (IFL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation with responsibility for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We are working at a torrid pace to improve economic and National security by resolving the microelectronic challenges our nation faces. We collaborate across Intel Corporation to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies, defense contractors, and others, that align to Intel's strategies. We need passionate Federal contracting professionals that are committed to resolving complex acquisition challenges.
Intel Federal is looking for an energetic Contracts Manager who wants to work on dynamic contracts with numerous internal and external customers. The contracts range from small to multimillion dollar programs. These dynamic programs seek out opportunities to create world-changing technology that improves the life of every person on the planet.
You must be able to effectively multitask, be proficient with Federal contracting, and demonstrate outstanding communication skills so that you can interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
The Contracts Manager will receive and process contracts; review and negotiate terms and conditions; advise management of contractual rights and obligations and mitigate contractual program risks; maintain contract files; work within a cross functional team to develop and submit proposals and administer contracts. This position interfaces with customers during contract pre-proposal, negotiation, administration, and closeout; serves as primary point of contact for resolution of customer issues; and develops and maintains customer relationships.
Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness, and ethical conduct
- Reviewing RFPs, proposals and contractual documents for contractual requirements and risks, ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and meet company policies and standards.
- Leading proposal and contract negotiations to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Working in a team environment with customers and peers
- Handling a high volume of contracts tasking.
- Multi-tasking across multiple programs and product lines
- Working at a torrid pace to improve economic and national security.
- Tolerance for and experience working in ambiguous situations
- Travel: Not expected to exceed 10 percent of the time for this role
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- US citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or in a related field of study.
- 10+ years of experience in Federal contracts.
- 8+ years of experience working with FAR, DFAR and other government regulations.
- 8+ years of experience with multiple contract types (CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, T/M, OTA).
- 8+ years of experience with generating and negotiating proposals and or contracts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active U.S. Government Security Clearance with a Minimum of Secret Level.

Working Model
