Administrative Assistant (Korean Speaking)
Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
The candidates are expected to provide administrative support to DMTM a few Departments of daily routine work
Typical duties for this role may include but are not limited to the following:
1. Work as one team or individual to serve as translators for DMTM SK related visits. This includes but not limited to do translations during the visit and lead logistics support to ensure all SK visit run smoothly with high efficiency.
2. Perform various daily administrative duties in cooperation with key stakeholders within the department and cross the site, for example various kinds of data collection, stuff distribution, record tracking etc. Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to advance the department.
3. Serve as glue of the depts while provide administrative support to both dept directors/managers and employees.
4. Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for activities such as events, conferences, dept meetings, team buildings etc
5. Prepare First Day Office for new hires and assist them to have a smooth start up once on board and serve as information center
6. Be proficient in working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing systems. Support office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, catering orders and reimbursement).
7. Manage calendars, with shifting priorities and deadlines, including negotiating with other departments' admins and stakeholders for complex meetings
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction
Qualifications
College graduates that major in Korean is preferred
Master the skill of professional translations between Korean and Mandarin
Be able to read and speak English with basic skills
Passionate to learn and grow in our fast-paced working environment.
Down to earth attitude and strong networking skills, willing to help others and willing to manage daily routine jobs with passion
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and planning skills, including time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Demonstrated experience in teamwork, customer service, and project management in a dynamic and intense environment, be creative to enable team and dept more effective
Self-managed, proactive, and independent strong initiative and decision-making capabilities
Be a quick learner to know the latest trend to be connected with diversified working force.
