We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Data Quality Leader to spearhead our Enterprise Data Quality Services Delivery Practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in data quality design, standards, business partner engagement, and delivery. With a proven track record of enabling major transformations through data quality and profiling, this Player Coach role demands both thought leadership and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be adept at developing roadmaps, articulating value and impact, and building high-performing teams to drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data quality professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Establish an enterprise-wide data quality framework to enhance data quality and trustworthiness, driving organizational change in behavior, governance, quality metrics, processes, related data tools, and data architecture.

  • Develop and enforce data quality standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability across the organization.

  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors, managing strategic vendor relationships to support data quality initiatives.

  • Define data quality standards, data protection standards, adoption requirements, and performance and quality metrics to ensure compliance with data-related policies, standards, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Expand roles and responsibilities related to data quality, ensuring clear accountability for the stewardship of the company's principal information assets.

  • Act as a liaison between Business, Data Governance, and IT, leading and coordinating with senior and top management to resolve end-to-end data quality issues that may arise from different business units and departments.

  • Clearly articulate the value and impact of data quality to senior management and key stakeholders, driving awareness and support for data quality initiatives.

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing data quality delivery teams dedicated to operational excellence.

  • Continuously assess and integrate best practices and innovative solutions in data quality to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Partner with the Data Technical Delivery team to enhance the enterprise data quality platform and service capabilities, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and the impact of data quality initiatives to diverse audiences.

  • High collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and with external partners.

  • Extensive experience in supporting major transformations, particularly with SAP S/4, showcasing the ability to drive significant change.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the capability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of experience, OR Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience, OR PHD with 4+ years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or STEM-related field.

  • 6-10 years of experience in data quality, strategy, framework, standards development, and delivery.

  • 5-7 years of experience managing data quality consultants/advisors.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with data quality tools such as Informatica, Information Analyzer, and Talend.

  • 3+ years of experience in people management, leading and mentoring teams.

  • 5+ years of experience defining KPIs/measurements and designing data quality dashboards and reports.

  • 5+ years of experience in data quality remediation planning and incident tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a consultant, providing expert advice and solutions in data quality.

  • Proficiency in AI/ML data profiling and controls development, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance data quality.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Six Sigma certification, demonstrating expertise in process improvement and quality management.

  • Background in the semiconductor industry, with an understanding of its unique data quality challenges and requirements.

  • Proven track record of leading comprehensive data quality efforts, from data profiling and requirements/controls specification to reporting and analysis.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $170,060.00-$240,080.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
