IT Supply Planning Test Lead
Job Description
- Drives software quality from concept to delivery via specific KPIs and quality targets.
- Works with product development teams throughout development phases to ensure software quality requirements and goals are established and met to determine release readiness and risks.
- Analyzes product quality data and drives improvements through defect prediction models, requirements traceability, and SWLC optimizations.
- Improves customer experience with critical issue management, throughput time, root cause analysis, and software practices assessments.
- May work directly with customers to understand requirements upfront, pain points during development and delivery, and drive execution improvements through Intel's development life cycle.
- May create tools and automation to support quality evaluation and data analytics (e.g., SWLC, Defects, uQRC vectors), perform out of box testing for software products to recreate customer experiences and pain points, and assess the state of the art to employ new methods to improve quality and product release efficiency.
- Working with the IT SCP Program Managers to raise risks or help needed for plan and execute testing.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree.
5+ years' experience with the following:
- Supply or Demand planning
- Requirements gathering
- Systems and business analysis
- Solution acceptance testing (SIT / UAT), regression testing, and solution deployment
- Oversight in drafting test cases and test deliverables
- Documentation and communication of testing process, metrics, results, and defects
- Software QA methodologies like JIRA and commercial reporting tools
- Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Blue Yonder (SCPO or ESP) / JDA / Kinaxis planning systems and S4 / Reporting tools
- Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with technical/functional teams and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and proven skills to collaborate well and work cross-functionally within the organization

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
