Job Description
Join the New Mexico Disaggregation Manufacturing Operations (NM DMO) Business Human Resources team amid an exciting period of transformation as our Rio Rancho, NM site starts-up and ramps Foveros advanced 3D packaging technology!
As a Business Human Resources Partner, you will be part of Intel's site HR team that supports our global High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) network. You will directly support the growing NM manufacturing organization and play a critical role in the support and development of the leadership and employee teams that fuel the future of technology in NM. In this role, you will build relationships with managers and employees, influence, coach, and drive employee relations, organization capability, learning, diversity, labor relations, and HR processes.
This is an Individual Contributor role for NM DMO. This role will be onsite required 80 percent of the time the first 90 days, with a gradual move to a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 3-days onsite, after training completion.
Required Skills:
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Understand and take part in efforts to build a strong company culture, a healthy work environment, positive relationships, increase engagement, and address employee concerns.
- Business and Strategic Acumen: Understanding of business, how profitability is achieved, who the business serves, how the business differentiates in the market and industry to give context to HR policy and practices to drive required Intel capabilities.
- HR Acumen and Collaboration: Understands and appropriately applies HR solutions, guidelines, policies, and underlying philosophies.
- Employment/Labor Law and Policy Acumen: To problem solve and coach employees and managers.
- Influence/Coaching Capability: Influence and coach managers to drive higher engagement and performance.
- Data Analytics: Understand how to pull, analyze, and influence with data.
- Organizational Development: To deliver organizations that help grow the business.
- Issue Spotting and Investigation: Effectively ID and disposition employee relations issues and conduct investigations in a timely and efficient manner.
As a Business HR Partner the role's scope and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Works closely with management and employees to drive growth for Intel by employing human resources, organizational, and employee development efforts including:
- Influences and partners with BU leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and execute an effective human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Manages the Human Resources (HR) strategy including identifying, aligning, and optimizing the HR programs, processes, and services enabling business success.
- Encourages positive employee relations by using sensing tools, engaging directly with employees, and monitoring organizational health.
- Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance related issues, including identifying key talent, organizational planning, recognition and rewards, performance issues, performance improvement and terminations, employee relations issues, and corporate people movement.
- Conducts effectiveness coaching with managers to improve manager capability or the resolution of management gaps and coaches, mentors and/or advises employees at all levels to help drive growth and development.
- Provides workforce planning and organization assessment to support incremental and transformational organizational change.
- Partners with relevant management teams to deliver against the business and people objectives, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Acts as a steward of corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policies and role models Intel's culture and values creating a work environment in which people treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of their roles, responsibilities, or differences.
- Partners with managers to address the root causes of HR issues by leveraging strong organization, business, and financial acumen to increase productivity, engagement, and organization health.
- Uses data to understand the health of talent, and related HR services, within the business and develops interventions in partnership with the COEs to resolve business challenges.
- Empowers organizations, improves the work environment, and mitigates risk.
- Analyzes data and documentation to propose solutions while influencing employees and managers on the right outcomes for Intel.
- Coaches, influences, mentors, and/or advises managers and employees at all levels to help draw out insight, create new perspectives, and build commitment to action.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 6+ years of related experience, or Master of Science, M.B.A, or a Master of Arts degree with 4+ years related experience.
- 3+ years of proficient Employee Relation experience and one or more of the following:
- Organization Capability/Development and Change Management
- Management Development and/or Coaching
- Performance Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and completing data analysis in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient with employee relations and investigations experience.
- Experience managing a structured performance management process.
- Demonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partners.
- Strong organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
- Consultative style and approach with ability to develop credible relationships with business partners.
- Demonstrated experience successfully partnering with leaders and managers in support of business objectives.
- Ability to train and develop others.
- Presentation, communication, process development, data analysis, and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
