Job Description

Physical implementation of next generation high performance AI accelerators in advanced technology nodes.
Full ownership of all RTL2GDS flows including timing, power, formal and physical verification signoffs.
Power oriented design including PI/SI flow development for full system models (Die / Package / PCB)
Work closely with System, Design, DFT teams
Location: Tel Aviv / Caesarea

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as Backend Engineer
Experience in RTL2GDS flows and methodologies (synthesis/P&R/physical verification/timing signoff)
Scripting skills - TCL / python
Familiarity with RHSC and performing EMIR/SIPI analysis including HFSS – Advantage
