Job Description:
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of analog circuits within Floating gate 3D NAND Flash memory products, ensuring optimal performance, power efficiency, area efficiency, and high reliability.
Specialize in the creation of critical analog components such as voltage reference, charge pumps, regulators, low-dropout regulators (LDOs), and high-voltage switches.
Conduct comprehensive full-chip analog simulations and verifications across various operations including programming, erasing, reading, and test mode.
Collaborate in full-chip periphery floor planning, focusing on the strategic design of power and ground networks to minimize noise interference and voltage drops.
Provide expert guidance to layout designers, ensuring the precision of the layout process and conducting thorough layout verifications to uphold design integrity.

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.


Qualifications


Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in analog design engineering, with a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Prior experience with 3D NAND Flash memory design will be considered a significant asset.
Demonstrated expertise in analog circuit design and a track record of successful project completions.
Proficient in signal routing, power distribution planning, and EM/IR drop analysis, with a strong understanding of the associated challenges in complex IC designs.
Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for schematic capture and circuit simulation (e.g., Spectre/hspice, finesim/hsim, virtuoso, starRC, totem etc.).
