As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture, bringing creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization.
This role will be located at our Ireland / Germany site with hybrid work options available.

Build credible domain expertise, understands aligned business group priorities, and effectively delivers on the HR operating plan
You will partner with business to develop and execute HR strategies focused on the full HR portfolio: Employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and more


Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance related issues, including identifying key talent, organizational planning, recognition and rewards, attendance/performance issues, performance improvement and terminations, employee relations issues, and corporate people movement
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and other partners to implement HR solutions that address business needs and deliver on business imperatives.


Partnering with managers, defining and implementing the best HR solutions for the organization, as well as providing consultation and coaching to managers and employee's on all HR practices, systems and policies.
Acts as a steward of corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policies and continually pursue ways to improve existing policies and procedures with a focus on efficiency and suitability for scale
Conducts data analysis for the business to support the implementation of HR programs, processes and services aligned to talent, performance and compensation, organization design, assessments and talent planning and employee relations.


Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees and managers at all levels to help drive growth and development.
In addition, you will own programs that run across the broader HR team - program management is a core capability for this role.


Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or master's degree holder in organizational studies/psychology/related HR discipline
-6 years plus experience working in similar position
- Ability to interact with and effectively influence right up to VP levels of a professional organization
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen
-Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- Experience of working in a large global and/or matrixed organizations scale business

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience of working directly with a business unit in support of their business goals
- Prior BHR experience in support of product groups and / or SGnA functions would be beneficial
