This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience being part of Sales and Marketing team. The group is at the center of the company and is responsible for overseeing the operating spending related to sales and marketing activities Additionally, the team plays a crucial role in supporting the company's efforts to drive revenue growth.

We are looking a self-motivated and proactive student worker to assist in multiple financial responsibilities such as review, troubleshot, validate and approve of purchase requisitions, The role involves close collaboration with team members in Operations and Finance to help ensure smooth and efficient processes, support and maintain the hierarchy structure and project dimensions while collaborating on strategic projects/requests as part of standardization/modernization initiatives.
Additionally, perform administrative and data-related tasks to support the team's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have the following behavioral traits:

  • Ability to raise concerns, issues or articulate roadblocks for successful delivery of tasks requested.

  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet commitments and solve issues in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field and at least 50% of career completion.

  • Willing to remain as an active student for at least 1 year.

  • 6+ months of related experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Accounting.

Working Model
