The primary role of the Regional Marketing organization is to drive our EMEA marketing strategy in alignment with our business unit, regional sales team's priorities, and segment opportunities to drive market share and revenue growth. This dynamic senior position will serve as the primary connection point between Intel Global and local EMEA marketing efforts. The qualified candidate will maintain strong connections across the SMG Regional leadership while influencing marketing strategy in alignment with business unit marketing teams and driving local adaptation and execution. The qualified candidate will be an experienced Marketing professional with a passion for the job, as well as a skilled marketing strategist able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. In this role you will develop and communicate a powerful organizational vision, connecting the teams to corporate, business unit and EMEA strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: � Driving tight alignment between our corporate and business unit marketing strategy and goals to EMEA regional goals, KPIs, and execution. � Responsible for planning, local influence and implementation of marketing campaigns based on HQ marketing guidance and planning; from adapting to local markets, executing and on to performance monitoring, management, and optimization. � Drive critical demand generation activities across regional marketing teams and the ecosystem to align to regional sales goals � Drive and strengthen Intel brand preference. � Effectively balance regional shared services (media planning and buying, developing advertising creatives) to maximize efficiencies and scale including retail, partner and ecosystem alignment and events. � Develop, execute, and optimize a data driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals whilst aligning teams and executing projects flawlessly. � Ensure the efficient adoption and development of marketing and sales content and asset production applicable to any country specifics within the region. � Partnering with global Events centre of excellence to influence Tier 1 event strategy in the region and owning regional Tier 2 event roadmap. � Continuing to grow and develop Partner Marketing within the Region. � Strong connections and collaboration across all the SMG EMEA Sales teams as well as other Regional Marketing organizations, major partners, and customers across all sales motions. � Responsible for monitoring the market regarding competition, consumer and business needs and changes in the legal and governance environment. � Represent Intel at regional customer, partner, and industry events/forums. � Delivering to budgets � Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, build a strong talent pipeline, develop employees, and manage performance

Qualifications


Required skills and experience � Proven track record of inspirational leadership and ability to build teams, developing and mentoring talent and driving connections across a diverse organization � Demonstrate results and accountability for broad leadership, building of followership and role modeling of Intel's cultural attributes and values � Demonstrates initiative and ability to work within an ambiguous environment while driving to stated goals and objectives � Demonstrated ability to influence and manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels within in a complex matrixed organization � Demonstrable understanding of global and local markets, channels, ecosystems, partners as well as current and future sales motions � Exceptional marketing strategy alignment experience with a strong understanding of how to develop and influence corporate marketing campaigns, adapting them for local markets � Understanding of product, sales and marketing integration points � Demonstrable experience developing and executing an ABM strategy to achieve sales goals. � Strong understanding of commercial compliance and governance. � Demonstrable entrepreneurial and creative skills � Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail. � Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing along with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position. Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
