Treasury Manager, Hedging and Capital Markets

This position is part of the Capital Markets Group, based in Santa Clara. The group manages Intel's debt portfolio, related asset liability management programs, credit revolving facilities, tax credit deals portfolio and Intel Capital equity disposals as well as foreign currency exposure hedging.

As a Treasury Manager, Hedging and Capital Markets, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with senior Treasury management and multiple Corporate Finance groups on hedging strategy and tactical execution.
  • Long term capital structure and capital allocation strategies.
  • Debt and alternative financing activities, asset liability management programs and Intel Capital equity disposal activities as well as provide on-going support to other Treasurer and CFO driven initiatives.
  • Foreign currency, hedging, fixed income, equity and debt capital markets as well as the ability to understand and mitigate risk.
  • Close collaboration and partnership with legal, tax and accounting to ensure regulatory compliance, control, and accurate financial reporting.
  • This position will also involve frequent communication with external financial institutions as well as Intel's main banking partners.

This position will be based in Hillsboro, Oregon or Santa Clara, California and report to the Treasury Director, Capital Markets and Hedging.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 years relevant (foreign currency and hedging, capital markets, investment management or corporate treasury) experience.
  • 3 years of direct foreign currency, hedging and/ or capital markets experience in large cap multi-national corporation preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent required, MBA, CFA or equivalent Treasury qualification preferred

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $143,444.00-$214,556.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
