The Distributor Customer Sales Analyst is responsible for anticipating unit demand, helping align supply, monitoring sales trend and co-managing inventory levels for their respective distributors, along with identifying operational efficiencies and executing an ambiguous set of tasks with their dynamic accounts. The Customer Sales Analyst will work in strong partnership with their Business Manager and Customer Business Analysts to support the execution of strategy as it relates to their distributors, field, and the America's operations team.

This role contributes to regional unit and revenue forecasts and drives the business to meet these commitments. The CSA manages the business to maximize revenue through supply allocations, inventory management, pricing strategies, internal and external customer collaboration, and supply chain program support. The CSA is responsible for escalating customer issues to Regional Sr. Management and driving resolution through them.

  • Willingness to solicit and listen to critical feedback in order to maximize inventory position, while simultaneously demonstrating confidence in numbers and analysis.

  • Demonstrated experience influencing via excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrated skills in driving processes and solving problems across multiple business groups.

  • Willingness to perform under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work well within a diverse environment.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience in the following:

Advanced working knowledge of Excel

Understanding of supply line management, inventory management processes, market analysis and operations.

Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors in business or supply chain operation concentrations.

Understanding/experience with PowerBI

Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and distributors and a working knowledge of broader PC and Server market drivers and trends.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
