The LOM manages one or more categories within Logistics functions. The LOM has a core responsibility for drive Operational Excellence and manage supplier for the storage or movement of finished goods through the Suppliers measured by Performance Metrics in line with the contracted service offered.

As aLogistics Operations Manager (LOM), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with many partners, stakeholders, customers and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to continuous improvement and develop logistics solutions,

  • Help enable the Suppliers to evolve and maintain their service offering in line with Intel requirements.

  • Utilize data analytical and advanced emerging skills to help solve and drive Intel's business execution and solutions.

  • Influencing; including evidence of having presented decision-oriented / action-oriented presentations.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or a related field

  • ​3+ years working experience on logistics related role and familiar with KPI management

Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • Data analytical skill

  • Program management skill as a plus

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $69,250.00-$103,880.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
