At Intel, Design Enablement (DE) is one of the key pillars enabling Intel to deliver winning products. Your will directly drive and work with DE cross teams to ensure design-kits leadership for customer enablement for cutting edge technologies. You will work with customers to outline critical requirements, collaborate with Intel internal partners to define the scope, plan execution, innovate competitive solutions to meets customer needs. This senior role will be local team lead of design enablement and customer support for Intel advanced technologies. You will work closely with local/HQ teams to provide first line end-to-end PDK support, drive customer's needs within DE, and manage customer relationship. You will utilize your industry experience to analyze Intel's PDK competition in terms of schedule, quality, and Ease-of-Use, to drive industry leadership attainment. You will also involve but not limit to design, develop, test, and debug software tools, flows, PDK design components, and/or methodologies used in design automation or in product/project. As a DEAS (Design Enablement Application and Support) key member, you will need to have communication skills to interact with customers directly, apply analytical problem-solving capability to identify the key requests, root-causing the issue, and do teamwork with DE stakeholders to support and enable customers successfully.

Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess a BS degree with 12+ years of experience or MS degree 8+ years of experience or PhD degree with 6+ years of experience in Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields. - 6+ year management experience of mid to large teams in Foundries or fabless IC design companies. - 6+ year hands-on experience on PDK development, or digital/analog IC design. - Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, to work across a matrixed organization. - Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to lead team to grow. Preferred Qualifications: - Customer support or foundry interface experience to know how to manage customer relationship and coordinate the collaboration across the teams. - In-depth knowledge of PDK development for advanced technologies. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
