Join Intel as a Senior Business System Analyst-Blue Yonder Supply Planning! The Senior Business System Analyst – Blue Yonder Supply Planning will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Identifying needs by interacting with the business community, suppliers, and by keeping current on industry trends and best practices.

  • Identifying detailed planning solutions to address business gaps through new ideas.

  • Leveraging industry-standard processes and system capabilities across different business units where applicable, and providing differentiating capabilities where needed.

  • Leading complex, long-term initiatives from initiation to completion.

  • Guiding and facilitating the implementation of process improvements and transformations.

  • Developing partnerships with business and other IT stakeholders to increase effectiveness of our planning and manufacturing systems.

  • Estimating schedules and timelines for major projects and drive team to on-time completion.

  • Helping with troubleshooting and fixing production defects where needed.

  • Demonstrated willingness to work and communicate effectively with technical and functional teams.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and proven skills to collaborate well and work cross-functionally within the organization.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4+ years of experience in:

  • Supply chain planning implementation, factory planning, and/or order promising solutions, with i2/JDA/Blue Yonder (BY)

  • End-to-end implementation experience in SCM/ERP solutions

  • Optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in S4 HANA/Reporting Tools preferable

  • Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferable

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $131,841.00-$210,951.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
