Logic Technology Development (LTD) Manufacturing is seeking highly driven and disciplined individuals to support rapid development of the new LTD Install Qual (IQ) Program.

As a unique IQ Module Engineering Technician, you will support critical innovation, project definition, and execution of Program deliverables to optimize semiconductor tool install. You will work closely with Program managers, module engineers, and contingent workers (CW) on daily tactical execution of IQ Program priorities across all IQ phases (Design, construction, Equipment Signoff, and Qualification).

Job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Drive area initiatives to meet safety, quality, and end-to-end execution across the IQ environment from tool concept/selection to MRCL (“Miracle”).

  • Support a new factory organization called IQ Ops, chartered to reestablishing IQ performance and culture through crisp tactical execution.

  • Partner with external organizations (Global Supply Chain, Factory Infrastructure, Fab Construction Enterprise, EPCOT, and Functional Area process Engineering Managers) on facility design optimization, construction execution strategies, and performance to durations.

  • Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Strive for organizational continuity (remove silos).

  • Work with IQ Program managers to deploy operational models and business practices across Oregon's LTD, ATTD/WATD, and CR factories.

This position will be On-Site at our Hillsboro, Oregon campus and you will work a Compressed Work Week (CWW) Schedule. Shift 5: Monday through Wednesday (every other Thursday) 7:30AM to 8:00PM.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Associates in STEM degree related to semiconductor manufacturing with 2+ years maintenance experience

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years hands-on military technical experience

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years semiconductor equipment Install/Qualification or manufacturing operations experience

AND meet all of the following:

  • Experience with Autodesk Design Review/CAD, schematics, and complex drawing diagrams

  • Project planning experience through MS Project, Wrike, Excel, or similar

  • Experience in computer software, Microsoft Office, and data base entry


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM degree related to semiconductor manufacturing

  • 5+ years of team leadership through taskforce engagements and peer mentorship programs.

  • 5+ years of semiconductor supplier engagement and equipment procurement experience.

  • Versed in Lean six sigma and FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis). Project management certification (PMP), a plus.

  • Experience leading a team in a technical environment.
