HR Advisor (part time on weekend shift)

This is a part-time (50 percent) position. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits, payroll and other internal programs. In this role, you will gather and clarify information from internal customers through various methods, research relevant guidelines, and respond to inquires promptly. In dealing with more complex queries, you may be involved with other customers within or across different functions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide training, coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company policies.

Qualifications


What we require:

  • Work Schedule: working at least two weekends (Sat-Sun) a month and on most public holidays. Additionally working flexible hours on regular work days (Mon-Fri).
  • Communication skills: very good level of English (written and verbal) required.
  • Education: Bachelor/Master Degree or close to finishing a Degree. Fresh college graduate.
  • Skills: customer service, communication, active listening, empathy, problem solving, quality-oriented mindset, attention to details, openness, flexibility.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
