The Client Customer Engineering (CCE) team in CCG is responsible for enabling our top OEM partners to build and launch exceptional systems using our hardware and software. The Graphic and AI Customer Engineering Director, a critical leadership role, oversees all integrated/discrete graphic and AI enabling, leading a cross-geo team of over 100 engineers. This role involves building strategic partnerships with our customers to drive innovation and launch an annual product cadence, managing all customer enabling efforts, and defining strategies to grow CCG's competitive advantage through close co-engineering with our OEM/ODM partners. The Director oversees the continuous delivery of product features to customers using systems engineering and agile methodologies and is responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. This role requires inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing others' capabilities, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
* +10 years' experience in technical customer engagement in the client computing industry


Preferred Qualifications:
* BS Degree, Engineering degree in EE or Software Development is preferred
* Strong background and understanding of integrated and discrete graphic industry
* Understanding of AI eco-system players - OxM, ISV and partners - and SW development
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $219,352.00-$351,256.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
