Oversees day to day operational activities, interfaces between group management, peer ops teams, and various corporate departments (HR, Finance, Legal), and provides counsel to senior management in assisting with people related issues and/or driving business decision making processes while ensuring compliance with financial, legal and corporate policies and overall organizational structural health. Facilitates the planning and coordination of initiatives and processes for multiple business teams with the goal of driving alignment within the organization and delivering on company goals. Supports and/or leads the management of operating mechanism(s) for monitoring the global health of business. Leads health of business reviews with leaders to maintain alignment of programs and technical solutions to the strategic roadmap and within designated budgets. Identifies opportunities to decrease costs and drive productivity by improving operational effectiveness across company sales, contracts, account management, compliance, engineering, finance and operations teams. Contributes to development and implementation of consistently compliant and efficient business operations management policies and practices. Leverages internal and external research to solve problems ranging in complexity, relating to the operation of the business, if required. Works closely with technical departments to design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services, if required. Works as an individual contributor or a people manager, leading a team of business operations professionals with complete ownership of their work deliverables and performance.

Qualifications


Bachelors or Masters degree from any stream and/or with MBA with 7-10years with of hands on experience in operations to handle -  including Head count management, Budget allocation/optimization/dashboard reporting, vendor management, Contingent worker management, NDA/RUNDA/MRUNDA management, Travel / Hiring process and Site council representation. Expected to have adequate experience in handling the required tools and willing to learn internal tools for head count management, Prognos, Power BI, etc. The candidate is expected to be very enthusiastic and proactive to identify problem statement and drive to find solutions in the operations space for an effective functioning of the organization. Excellent expertise in office productivity tools and expert usage in Excel.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
