About the Role:

This specific position is to serve as the Senior Director of IT services in China, and reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Intel. The PRC market has unprecedented opportunities for Global IT to deliver modern, trusted and resilient solutions with relentless focus on our people, end-users and customers. To ensure strong alignment with Intel's priorities and strategy for PRC, this role will have a strong-dotted line relationship with the Senior Vice President and Chair of Intel China. It is imperative this leader act as the voice of IT in China, leveraging strategic thinking and understanding of how to build the right IT operating model and infrastructure for Intel China.


Responsibilities:

� Act as primary IT leader point of contact with the various business units in Intel China, with specific focus on building the needed relationship to merge Global IT Strategies and best practices with local capabilities and priorities.
� Create the strategic direction, vision and execution of Intel China IT, focusing on collaboration and roadmaps with the various business units and IT teams, driving a competitive advantage for Intel.
� Execute on vision to deliver standardized, high quality processes and IT capabilities to lead Intel's digital transformation.
� Shape the organization into a competitive advantage for Intel through attracting top talent, investing in career development and training plans, and developing management and leadership strength.
� Role model Intel values, culture and leadership practices to grow pipeline of managers and leaders. Create a culture of innovation, value, efficiency, and collaboration to empower and motivate a team of professionals.
� Aligning IT operations and infrastructure with current and future anticipated business requirements and needs
� Ensure IT activities and delivery is compliant with local applicable laws, codes, and regulations
� Manage budget, forecast and spend for IT organization in China


Qualifications


Experience Required: � Demonstration of deep expertise of capabilities and technologies enabling IT China operations and priorities. � Experience applying strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes. Demonstration of ability to identify threats and opportunities for commercial succession of the enterprise and articulate evolving priorities of the business. � 15+ years of IT related work experience with strong track record of superior delivery results. Possess customer first mindset. � Established record of success building high-performance teams, attracting and retaining top talent, developing leaders and driving necessary organizational change. � Experience and deep understanding of enterprise IT from business, technology and operational perspectives, knowledgeable of ITIL, Six Sigma, Waterfall and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). � Proven 15+ year track record of successfully running a sizable IT org delivering large, complex data services aligned to business outcomes while managing cross-matrix dependencies. � History of aligning internal partners and processes for end user and ecosystem value; seen as industry leader; expert influencer at highest levels internally and externally. � Track record of strong leadership, management communication, and presentation skills with experience managing and influencing relationships with internal business customers at executive and senior management levels. � Experience collaborating across multiple IT organizations, business partners and stakeholders; operate in an ambiguous environment, think beyond the current boundaries, and question the status quo structure/functions and recommend and effect changes. � Deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry beneficial. � Education - BS or equivalent in a related computer science or engineering or related field plus 15+ years relevant leadership experience; advanced degree (MSCS or MBA, etc) a plus; relevant industry certifications a plus.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
