Job Description


You will be a part of Intel's Advanced Design Organization (AD) within the Design Enablement (DE) team focused on pathfinding and development of advanced memory technology and circuits to enable best-in-class memory collateral/IP and product design across all generations of Intel process technology. You will be involved in deep sub-micron Digital, Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design in Intel's leading process technology, creating and implementing competitive solutions with Intel's PROM circuit technology for use in mobile, IOT, client, and server segments.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design PROM Mixed Signal IP according to electrical specifications.
- Static Timing Analysis, Noise and Reliability Analysis of design using industry standard tools.
- Perform Tool Flow Methodology path finding and EDA views development using Industry Standard tools.
- Design Automation and Quality Analysis of EDA views.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:


Candidate must possess a BS degree with 3+ years of experience or MS degree with 2+ years of experience or PhD degrees with 1+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.

Experience above in the following:


- Mixed Signal Circuit design and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Debugging.
- Exploration of competitive circuit solutions (considering power, area, and performance) through feasibility studies including transient circuit simulation and/or Monte Carlo simulation and/or stabilityand/or electrical overstress analysis.
- Experience on static timing analysis and PowerGrid characterization tools.
- Programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Perl, tcl).

Preferred Qualifications:


- Mixed signal circuits like memory arrays, voltage level detectors, charge pump, voltage regulators.
- EDA CAD tools like PrimeTime, Redhawk, Voltus (Synopys, Cadence etc).

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
