Who we Are:
Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. Intel Federal works with and across the defense industrial base (DIB) and systems integrator (SI) ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to USG customers. Intel Federal's Mission: Drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intel's business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors.

The Intel Federal (IFL) Business Operations team is looking to add a resourceful, collaborative, and organized Program Specialist to support Intel Federal growth. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn processes and policies quickly, ability to manage stakeholder relationships, and strong communication skills. This is an ideal position for an individual who is passionate about quality execution, process design, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role you will work with business leaders across Intel Federal, finance and operations. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to grow their career in operations management, program management, human resource management or leadership roles.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with IFL finance and leadership to drive hiring targets across groups and programs.

  • Address hiring inquires, escalations, and troubleshoot IFL programs and teams.

  • Manage and streamline the Intel Federal onboarding process using best practices.

  • Work on project or program hiring based on regulation or contractual guidelines.

  • Lead compliance and labor relations.


Qualifications


This position involves work on a US Government Contract and/or proposal for U.S. Government Contract that limit participation to U.S Citizens. A person may be required to provide proof of citizenship to comply with U.S. Government requirements. Any offer by Intel Federal for this position is conditioned upon satisfying any government requirement regarding proof of citizenship. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's with + 3 years of experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree  

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of experience working with spreadsheets, database fundamentals and data tracking

  • 2 + years of experience coordinating projects, programs, in a cross-functional with stakeholders

  • 3 + years of experience in human resources or recruitment

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $92,847.00-$148,355.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
