Facility Capacity Planning Automation Intern

Job Description
  • Database clean up for VN ATM factory, including Facility System Tracker (a web based facility management tool for mechanical systems), Panel Schedule (MS Excel for electrical system, facility master drawings (AutoCAD) and other Intel database per requirement
  • Set up the Vietnam Assembly Test factory facility capacity analysis model in the ACCP and enable automated facility capacity analysis capability for VNAT
  • Pipe-flo or Easy Power( utility management and simulation tools for mechanical and electrical systems) database set up support if required
  • Support the site design program manager on SS1 facility capacity analysis and tool installation design.


Qualifications

Students pursuing BS degree or MS in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument and Control Engineering etc. major with data management experience and knowledge on utility facility; or students in other majors with data management experience who are interested in and willing to learn utility facility Able to work on-site at least 3 work days/week Knowledge on the mechanical and electrical utility facility Data analytical skills such as extremely large data sets in storage, manipulation, and extraction Details oriented and committed to deliver the result Able use the Auto CAD software to read the utility drawing Possess relevant knowledge in Microsoft Office with good proficiency in both written and spoken English. Able to work in a multidisciplinary environment solving complex problems and overcoming difficult challenges.
